Our equipment is designed and built with maximum rigour. At Xuclà, we are always thinking of the least possible impact on the environment and minimising the consumption of water and energy.
In the production process, we used harmless, recyclable and sustainable materials such as polypropylene, polyethene and AISI-304 and AISI-316 stainless steel. Apart from the materials, the disinfectants installed in our machines and equipment are easily biodegradable and do not pollute or impure the water.
The equipment is manufactured with rounded shapes to facilitate cleaning and thus prevent the spread of microorganisms and bacteria.
We make sure that all our cleaning and disinfection machines and equipment comply with European regulations and standards, such as EN 1500 and EN 12791, covering the requirements and methods for the use of hygiene products and antiseptics for hand washing. Also complying with the UNE-EN 1650:2020 standard, a test which is used to evaluate the fungicidal and yeast activity of antiseptics and chemical disinfectants used in the food, industrial, domestic and institutional sectors. Likewise, abiding by the EN 14348 standard that includes the minimum requirements for the mycobactericidal activity of chemical disinfectants in the field of medicine.
For this reason, all our products, from disinfection tunnels and cabinets to knife holders, gloves and apron washers are machines and equipment that guarantee not only the best performance but also the least environmental impact, which makes the assembly and exploitation process more effective and sustainable.
